Over the course of 7 generations, our family has built an indelible bond with its native land in Veneto and with wine, devoting all its energy and passion to making a dream come true.
The history of this Castle-winery might well begin with the account in the Dizionario del Granducato di Toscana (1841): ‘There is a stretch of countryside that is renowned for its vineyards, from which perhaps the best wines of Chianti are obtained.’
The origins of this Castle-winery , vanish amidst the myths of Proto-Villanovan civilization but it is certain that the place-name dates back to Etruscan times, centuries before the Roman Empire.
