You’ll arrive at the winery after a breathtaking journey into UNESCO World Heritage hills.
Sparkling welcome drink with gourmet finger food and you’ll start your full immersion, like real professionals, in the world of one of the most awarded Prosecco wineries.
You’ll earn the secrets of the soil and the methods of producing such particular kind of sparkling wines (with a surprise from Tuscany…).
A dedicated Ambassador will guide you through cellars and vineyards revealing the secrets of this family that has founded the first “Confraternita” (Brotherhood) of Prosecco.
Then, in the Wine & Art Park, you’ll have a mini cooking class on pasta and a full lunch with a wine-food pairing class.

A Family history.
Documents dating back to the mid-18th century certify the existence of our family’s winery, the forebear from whom today’s family takes its name and whose trade it has plied for generations.
A descendant of this precursor, Giuliano, was dreaming to elevate Prosecco from a local product without great expectations to a prestigious sparkling wine known throughout the world.
Today this dream has come true and Prosecco Superiore, has become a wine appreciated at international level and the winery is proudly owned by Giuliano’s four daughters.

Our Wine & Art Farm Park is in the center of Valdobbiadene and is a piece of industrial archaeology.
A spinning mill from the beginning of the 1900s has now become the heart of our hospitality, immersed in a green park.
Here, between the works of art and the organic vineyard, you’ll discover the history of our family, from the founder to sustainability projects.
After visiting the winery, you’ll relax among the works of art and our organic vineyard tasting our ORGANIC Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut combined with some gourmet fingers.
We’ll tell the sparkling wine tradition, our sustainability and art projects.

Decanter has devoted much attention to the Denomination in the first issue of the year, focusing on the Extra Brut version of Prosecco Superiore, which is satisfies the taste of many wine lovers.
Richard Baudains, historical journalist of the UK magazine, visited our estate last summer, and tasted different vintages of our Extra Brut to better understand the longevity of Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
He awarded our Rive di Col San Martino with the highest score, 94 points.
Cooking & pairing class included.
In the kitchen we’ll carry out a small fresh pasta cooking course: “Le Tagliatelle” homemade, an immersion in the typical Italian tradition.
We’ll then discover how to combine the dishes with wine, revealing the secrets for the perfect match with the guided tasting of 3 wines: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato – Supertuscan from our Montalcino (Tuscany) estate – “Superiore di Cartizze” DOCG.
A 3-course full lunch menu with seasonal ingredients will be offered outside in the Park.
