Cooking courses are based on the creation of Tuscan dishes that have become timeless icons, dishes for nobles and dishes for peasants.
Our guests will be personally involved in the creation of a complete traditional Tuscan meal to touch the history of familiar food, of “beauty and good”.
After the experiences as aspiring chefs, guests will sit to savor traditional Tuscan dishes accompanied by a different wine for each course.

This winery was born in 1877 on the outskirts of Florence with the dream of creating the “ideal wine”.
In the 1960s we were a symbol of the “Dolce Vita” in Italy and abroad, and enlivens the tables of Charles De Gaulle, HRH the King Gustav of Sweden and HRH the Queen Elizabeth.
When Chianti becomes a DOCG it is a bottle of our Chianti that carries the first band number AAA00000001.

This castle-estate is located within the Chianti Classico area, offers an enchanting view of Florence and has a history that dates back over the centuries.
The main building is an imposing and ancient stone castle which was originally an oratory.
The remaining tower of the old monastery dates back to the 11th century.
The estate also houses a pre-existing stone cell where the old vintages – which the beloved guests of WFTI will have the privilege of tasting – of our best wines are aged.
The first vintage of this Riserva was made in 1927 to pay tribute to the Duke of Aosta who loved this wine.
Twenty years later, we celebrated the extraordinary 1947 vintage by making the first Riserva “Limited Edition”.
Riserva “Limited Edition” is released only in exceptional vintage years and represents one of the best and most historical example of Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Docg.
Riserva “Limited Edition” is capable of ageing for decades and still today vintages from the 70’s surprise the audience in vertical tastings.
At the Castle the tasting menu changes every month and includes an appetizer, a first course, a main course and a dessert, usually the ones you prepared in class!
Each dish is paired with a different wine, to offer our guests a truly unique sensory experience that is IMPOSSIBLE ELSEWHERE.
The Castle-estate is located in the Chianti Classico wine region, south of Florence, affords magnificent views of Florence and a history that dates back centuries.
The main building is an impressive stone castle, which was originally an oratory built by the San Miniato friars and named for San Salvatore.
