The Tommasi family is pleased to welcome you to its estate in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, a few steps from the historic center of beautiful Verona, to introduce you to the history of this unique area and its wines.

An unforgettable experience with a complete visit of the facility to learn the history of this great family of Italian wine and the estates owned in the most suitable Italian regions.

Following lunch at Caffè Dante Bistrot, in the historic center of Verona, with four courses perfectly paired with the best selection of Tommasi Family Estates wines.

In the afternoon private walking tour in the historical center of the city (the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, etc.)

An unforgettable experience with a complete visit of the facility to learn the history of this great family of Italian wine and the estates owned in the most suitable Italian regions.

Visit is followed by a description of the stages of wine production, a visit to the “Magnifica” Cellar, to see one of the largest barrel in the world, the Gallery and the Historic Cellar.

LA BOTTE MAGNIFICA A REAL ARK OF DREAMS AND PASSION

Our “Magnifica” barrel is one of the largest barrels in the world, a true heritage born and created in Italy for the 110th anniversary of the Tommasi winery.

It took life from 5.000 kg (11,000 ponds) of the best oak, for a total volume of 40 cubic meters (1,400 cubic feet) and a capacity of 33.300 liters. (8,800 gallons).

It is in Slavonian wood that we refine our Amarone preferring a traditional refinement in large barrels.

To complete the tour, a visit to the vineyard or to the rooms dedicated to the drying of the grapes that will become Amarone.

At the end of the tour, a professional guided tasting of wines paired with a selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses.

Following lunch at Caffè Dante Bistrot, in the historic center of Verona, with 4 courses perfectly paired with the best selection of Tommasi Family Estates wines.

In the afternoon private walking tour in the historical center of the city (the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, etc.).
