A day of full immersion in the mix of tradition, technology and legends in the company of the world champion oil producer.

You will visit the immense olive groves on windy promontories overlooking the sea where Ulysses was taken prisoner by the sorceress Circe, you will follow a course for oil tasters and you will taste the world’s champion oils and you’ll pair this amazing oils with special custom menus.

You will visit the production plants of the oil mill and those of pickled vegetables, jams and creams.

Depending on the season, you can produce jars with your own hands with jams or creams, from fruit to preserves made by you!!!

The “Quattrociocchi Americo” organic farm has its roots far back in time.

The history of this family business already began in the mid-nineteenth century, in the heart of the ancient Ciociaria in Alatri, land of the Cyclops, halfway between Rome and Naples.

Today, Quattrociocchi is known in about 50 foreign countries where its products are appreciated, which are no longer just extra virgin olive oil and its derivatives but also flavored oils, preserves, pickled vegetables, sauces and jams, even the fruit of research and rediscovery of traditional local recipes.

In a restaurant with a terrace right on Ulisse beach, we had their most spectacular menu modified to make it perfect for enhancing the combination with the Quattrociocchi line of oils, for EXAMPLE:

  • chopped red prawns
  • croaker and tuna tartare
  • ravioli of burrata with chopped scampi with lime and yellow datterino sauce
  • sea bass meatballs
  • tuna tataki in a sesame crust and lemon smoke.

OIL-CENTRIC “LAND” MENU’

For those who prefer beef & vegetables food, right next to the oil mill we have an agri-restaurant with all zero-kilometer ingredients with a very young, strangely creative and trendy chef who has offered us his own special SURPRISE menu, always aimed at completing the multi-sensory experience “oil-centric”
