129 Liquorificio Essentiae Yacht
A full immersion (really…) day: in Mediterranean liquor making, in history, in sea-food, in open sea bathing & sunbathing.
ESSENTIAE was born in order to rediscover the ancient arts of Mediterranean liqueur making and produce elixirs and jams.
Absolutely natural, the products are made in traditional way without the use of preservatives, dyes and chemical additives.
For the infusion are used unprocessed seasonal fruits, organically grown and harvested the day before being infused.
The traditional process of the production process makes the elixirs unique, genuine and of high quality.
The beloved guests of WFTI will visit Ugento’s Castle and Museum, the Crypt of the Crucifix, then will embark on a luxurious big yacht and stay in open sea for the fish lunch (in perfect pairing with Essentiae spirits and Apulian Wine Spectator Top 100 wines), tasting & masterclass on spirits and liquors, bathing and relaxing, ending this “all Mediterranean day” with cocktail at the sunset on the yacht.

A day “full of the Mediterranean”: herbal and citrus liqueurs, 12th century history, fish lunch, open sea tour on a private yacht
Nature, History, passionate craftsmen
Absolutely natural, the extracts are prepared by hand without the use of preservatives, dyes and chemical additives of any kind.
The exceptional organoleptic characteristics of our liqueurs, such as the strong and resistant perfume, the intense and unmistakable taste and the bright color are therefore due to the exclusive production process, manual and traditional, and above all to the use of highly selected fresh products.
For the infusion, untreated seasonal fruits are used, exclusively from Salento, organically grown and harvested when fully ripe in the Mediterranean sun the day before being put in the fusion.
The selection and peeling of citrus fruits is done manually.
The seasoning takes place in the dark and the filtering with a linen cloth by free fall.
This production process, so slow, traditional and manual, makes our elixirs simply unique, genuine and of high quality.
