The deepest wine tasting experience in Friuli. We offer a unique and educational experience where you can learn everything there is to know about the Colli Orientali.
Let yourself be guided through the territory and its wines by tasting up to 32 different wines.
Tutored by Sommeliers
We will show you data about individual vineyards, history and oenology, and then we’ll move on to tasting a lot (up to 32) different wines together. Your tutors come from the best wineries in our Consortium: the Consortium has 200 members, the wine is exported to Europe, to the USA and Japan. Led by our experts, you will embark on a journey to discover what happens in the vineyards of the Colli Orientali and how micro climates, different soils, and exposures make the wines so unique.
The Best wines in Friuli
Guided by Matteo, Francesco, or Laura, you will discover the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC and the DOCGs Ramandolo, Rosazzo, and Picolit, along with all their respective subzones (Refosco di Faedis, Cialla, Schioppettino di Prepotto, Ribolla Gialla, and Pignolo di Rosazzo).

Our top menu changes depending on the products offered by the different seasons of the year, enhancing the work of small farmers and breeders.
In our dishes you can read a reinterpretation of traditional cuisine with the use, for example, of cooking food at low temperatures.
Raw materials are carefully selected and follow the trends of the seasons.

You can recognize the vineyards of the Colli Orientali del Friuli: sophisticated and perfect. Here the meticulous care we give to the vineyards we also bring to the processing of the grapes, to preserve the typical characteristics of every single grape bunch. Our wines are: great elegance, fresh taste. And with every sip they tell you about the richness of our land, and our Friuli.
Wine Spectator TOP 100 judgement:
This creamy, medium-bodied version is framed by finely cut acidity that focuses the rich minerality and flavors of guava, star fruit, pickled ginger and oak spice.
