Last but not least, the farm is proud of the production chain that is so short that it is kept entirely inside estate.
In the UNESCO World Heritage hills 2,500 acres of pastures, woodlands, farms, arable fields, vineyards, orchards, canals, mills, and cheese-making units.

Ninni and Caterina di Collalto, together with their mother Trinidad and Caterina’s husband Lodovico Giustiniani, welcome you to their historical estate, between Venice and the Dolomites.
1,000 hectares (2,500 acres ) of woodlands, pastures, vineyards and grain fields, in the heart of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. wine country: a farm that tends to this land to produce wholesome products and clean energy, in synergy with the environment.
A place to stay, for a long holiday or a short break, a world of landscapes, culture, flavors and sports, all waiting to be enjoyed.

A guided visit to our winery and tasting of Borgoluce sparkling and still wines, including a Sur lie, or Prosecco “col fondo” (with sediment), the authentic expression of the local wine culture, our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut, and Rive di Collalto Extra Dry, made from the best grapes of the Collalto hills, finishing off with the great reds Cabernet and Capifosso.
Plus charcuterie, made from the meat of free-range pigs, including “sopressa”, salami, pancetta and costella, buffalo-milk cheeses such as mozzarella, crescenza and caciotta.
