The Giannellis, family of butchers for over 6 generations, welcomes you and teaches how to make sausages with your hands.
Absolutely PRESERVATIVE FREE cured meats.
A unique journey into the heart of tradition accompanied by a family member.
Live a multi-sensory experience inside our historic salami maturation cellar, a suggestive environment, where you can taste the best of our specialties.
We will discover together the secrets of the production that make cured meats so special, starting from the most ancient processes to the most modern.
You will even be able to produce sausages with your own hands which will then be sent to you at the end of maturation!
You will try the top of Giannelli cured meats expertly combined with the delicious products and wines of the Apulian tradition.
So your Ambassador of the family will also accompany you to a LUNCH completely created ad hoc for the perfect experience focusing on our meats & salami, also in pairing with a Wine Spectator Top 100 wine.

A family story born out of love for one’s land and a strong tradition over time.
Family of butchers for over 6 generations, Giannelli Salumi was born as an old shop in the center of Troia which has now become a signature of Italian gastronomy in the world.
We follow the entire supply chain from the breeding and selection of animals, coming from nearby pastures, to their processing with artisanal methods based on honey, wine, garlic and peppers, without the use of any chemical expedients.

WFTI experiences MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Locations, people and products are so EXCLUSIVE that these are EVENTS rather than simple tours. We apologize, but we will NOT manage any request for availability received less than 15 days before requested date.
