Our family has been cultivating these lands since 1878.

Four generations based on love, joys, sweat, sunburned skins and satisfaction for each new harvest.

We have 8.000 olive trees, many of our trees have been there for a long time before us… somehow, WE can be considered their guests.

We use eco-friendly agricultural techniques, biodegradable cups, plastic-free packaging and we produce also an ORGANIC cru of EVO Oil.

A day in which everything is built around oil, playing between peasant tradition and biological and technological innovation.

Welcome chocolates, meeting with the miller, the tasting masterclass paired with Wine Spectator Top 100 wines, the surprising traditional Apulian country lunch with perfect pairings with oils, and an afternoon session of Tree Therapy in the midst of the ancient olive trees…

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A DAY AT A SOUTHERN ITALY OIL MILL

You will arrive in a valley of centuries-old olive trees, in an atmosphere of peace and serenity, to discover how Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born.

The guided tour will show you all the production phases.

During the journey you will have the opportunity to to attend a mini masterclass and taste 3 of our oils to learn to recognize the organoleptic properties of a superior quality oil.

WELCOME

Welcome with an excellent Italian espresso coffee and a “CiocCoratino” (our delicious artisan praline in dark chocolate, filled with our EVO Oil cream), plus typical Apulian almond sweets and various drinks.

MEET THE GOD OF THE MILL
Then meet the miller, the Deus Ex Machina of the mill, who controls all stages of production.

You’ll discover the entire processing, from the arrival of the olives from the field to the storage of the oil and its bottling.

The treasure chambers

We will also visit the place where we keep our treasure of EVO Oil safe: the warehouses and the controlled atmosphere storage room.

Here we will tell our story and our values without which it would have been impossible to produce such an excellent extra virgin olive oil.

GIFT

Before leaving, for each adult guest, a hand-made ceramic jar of 100 ml of oil as a gift.

TREE THERAPY

After lunch, if desired, you will have the opportunity to experience a magical moment.

We will take you to the heart of our centuries-old olive grove to discover the monumental plants of native varieties.

At your disposal a reading and relaxation corner in the shade of the centuries-old olive trees.

How do you taste an oil?

Mini professional tasting course with guided tasting of 3 EVO Oils, Monocultivar and Blend.

Then an Apulian aperitif with bruschetta combined with our EVO Oils and one of the Apulian Wine Spectator Top 100 wines (“Feudo di Santa Croce, Primitivo di Manduria LXXIV” o “Schola Sarmenti, Nardò Nerìo Riserva” o Antinori’s “Tormaresca, Primitivo Salento Torcicoda”).

Lunch at the mill: a PROFESSIONAL CHEF guides you through the flavors of Puglia

EVO Oil is NOT a simple condiment, but a real INGREDIENT: if there is the agreement of the right oil with the right dish, then the harmony is perfect and exciting.

You can choose between 3 menu variations based on the season.

The dishes will be paired with EVO oils and Apulian wines to make you feel the warm embrace of Apulian cuisine.

Lunch will end with typical Apulian desserts and Italian espresso coffee.
