038 Barone Ricasoli
It’s not a dream… Be guest at the Castle of the noble family that CREATED the original “recipe” of CHIANTI. Enter the walls of the Castle and visit the Ricasoli private residence. The ghost of Rt. Hon. Bettino “Iron Baron” Ricasoli awaits to drink with you in the Hall of Arms.
This is a very particular and exclusive tour that includes a visit inside the Castle of Brolio, in the part that is the current residence of the Baroni Ricasoli family, NOT usually open for guests.
The vertical tasting (IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy elsewhere) of 3 historic vintages of Chianti Classico Castello di Brolio OR 3 historic vintages of Casalferro (both Wine Spectator TOP 100) takes place inside the historic and spectacular Hall of Arms.

The ORIGINAL RECIPE of CHIANTI WINE, written by Rt. Hon. Baron Bettino Ricasoli in 1872:
