The origins of the Castle can be traced back to Roman times, actual manor dates back to 1200. Over the centuries, family after family hosted guests at the castle famous people such as Giacomo Casanova.

The wines
Our wines age in the Middle-age cellars and in the secret bunker, rediscovered in 1987.

An exceptionally powerful, firmly structured WHITE, a deep ruby color with garnet edge, and a full, warm nose with hints of ripe cherries and currants RED, a very fine and elegant perlage SPARKLING.

We believe in seasonality and genuineness, dishes that are light and healthy. We are open to experimenting in the kitchen, but with an eye to tradition.
We follow the seasonality of all the products: meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, and charcuterie. In a globalized world where anything can be found everywhere at any time, it is a luxury to enhance locally-sourced sustainable produce.
