AVIGNONESI’s COOKING SCHOOL: Tuscan chef for one day in “Under the Tuscan Sun” novel valley
This is your chance to learn how to make delicious healthy Tuscan meals and the perfect wine pairing.
Under the guidance of our winery chef, you will personally pick your ingredients from our synergistic garden and cook a whole ”primo to dessert” menu.
Learn how to make “pici” (typical handmade pasta, Montepulciano style), ”sugo all’aglione” (traditional garlic tomato sauce), pecorino flan with swiss chard puree, “torta della nonna” or many other dishes from the Tuscan tradition.
This experience also includes a FULL LUNCH following the cooking class.
Not only will you taste what you prepare, but our chef will then pamper you with a four course meal paired with our best wines.
