The native vines such as Aglianico, Nero di Troia and Fiano from Puglia represent the heart of its agronomic history.
Inside the farmhouse is the cellar, surmounted by a cross vault ceiling, also in tuff, containing the precious oak barriques.
From the 2nd floor there’s a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside towards Castel del Monte, on the opposite hill appears the village of Minervino with its brilliant white stone buildings that are reflected in the sun while to the west the majesty of the Vulture volcano.
