The WINES of the Empire
The estate is located in a splendid fortified feudal village. The Villa, a historic residence surrounded by a centuries-old park, built between the end of the 1600s and the beginning of the 18th century. In 1891, then an Austrian territory, the property passed to a Baron, minister of war and advisor to Emperor Franz Joseph. In 1937 was acquired by our family.

Your full menu offers traditional cuisine, in perfect pairing with the wines. All raw materials are of high quality coming from our farm and from other local farms. The queen of the menu is salmon trout, bred for over 30 years in our fish farms located a few kilometers from the farmhouse. Bread, biscuits and desserts are homemade and baked every morning.
Second winery
A old style farmers FAMILY
Work and passion that are handed down from generation to generation. Our 16th century villa known as the White House shows a succession of historical events starting from 1600. Tinted in lime it served for years as a lazaretto, while in Habsburg times it became a border customs house. Burnt during the uprisings of 1848, it was used as a cattle slaughterhouse for the Italian army in the WW II.
The zero-mile farm restaurant
The restaurant offers dishes with ingredients all produced internally by the family farm: apples, grapes, cereals and all their derivatives such as WINES, apple juice and vinegar. In addition, we have always specialized in recipes with Salmon Trout, obviously only from Friulian streams and rivers!
